Market making is unwieldy, complex, and nebulous. Components include: regulation and policy, partnerships, standards, and innovation, all of which must integrate local and regional context in order to be affective. With such complexity, organizations can find it overwhelming and difficult to make actionable. Knowing the various levers that can influence change and carefully prioritizing where to begin (point of intervention) and how to approach (models and frameworks) can help organizations chart a path. Through STeP, we have developed best practices and lessons learned that can be more broadly applied.
